● Troubleshooting
Movie info isn’t loading.
Check your internet connection. Movie details and posters are fetched online, so the app needs a connection to load them.
The nearby theaters look wrong.
Try a ZIP search instead of location. Enter your ZIP code to pull theaters for that area.
My movie started early or late.
Use It’s Starting Now! the moment the feature begins, or It Didn’t Start Yet! if previews are still running. The whole timeline re-syncs instantly — including the Lock Screen.
I want to remove a movie.
Open the session and use Delete This Movie. This ends the Live Activity and removes the session from your device.

- How Much Longer? does not provide automatic theater showtimes or ticketing. You enter the time printed on your ticket, and the app builds the timeline from there.
